Adjusting user interface such as managing accounts, creation of fields, changing visuals, creation of standard reports and dashboards, and among others on applied solutions platform.

Request Fulfillment
Information, set-up, and configuration which does not require any modification of the solution design.

Incident & Problem Management
Bridging gaps in the existing design/ feature; any recurring incidents shall be handled
under Problem Management to identify underlying causes and propose permanent solutions.
